Vind jij het werken met kinderen en jongeren leuk? Ben je actief en houd je ervan om vooral af en toe zelf ook lekker mee te doen? Helemaal goed! Is jouw dag geslaagd als de kinderen aan het eind met een brede glimlach op het gezicht van jouw activiteit afstappen?

Functie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als onze collega sportbuurtwerker ben je er om de jeugd en jongeren in Amsterdam sport- en beweegactiviteiten aan te bieden. Je speelt hierbij in op wat er leeft in de groep. Iedere dag en activiteit kan er dus weer anders uitzien. Je zorgt ervoor dat de drempel om mee te doen zo laag mogelijk is. Iedereen moet mee kunnen doen!
Doordat je zichtbaar in de wijk bezig bent, heb je goede contacten met onze partners binnen het jeugd- en jongerennetwerk en weet je wat er leeft in de buurt. Je voornaamste taak is natuurlijk om je deelnemers een leuke sportieve tijd te bezorgen, maar daar houdt het niet op. Je weet wat je moet doen als je merkt dat zij op zoek zijn naar ander aanbod, of specialistische hulp nodig hebben.
Denk hierbij aan het doorverwijzen naar een sportvereniging, een partner in de buurt of misschien wel een zorginstantie. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in \u00e9n voor de buurt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat zijn jouw taken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van laagdrempelige sportactiviteiten en evenementen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stimuleren en activeren van jeugd en jongeren, ook zij die (nog) niet meedoen!;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Doorverwijzen van deelnemers naar sportaanbieders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Signaleren van hulpvragen van je deelnemers en hiernaar handelen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Signaleren van kansen en mogelijkheden in en voor de buurt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Inzetten van sport om bij te dragen aan verbetering van de gezondheid en dit actief uitdragen, je bent voor vele een rolmodel!;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Als ‘verbinder’ bijdragen aan contact tussen bewoners, partners en instanties: je bent een spil in de wijk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
